As we respect your right to privacy, we have decided to provide a document that presents the position of BahnTrans Logistics Sp. z o.o. (for short BahnTrans)

Personal data
BahnTrans collects personal data for the purpose of effective handling of orders, promotion of created products and comprehensive information on the services provided, addressed to potential recipients of these services. BahnTrans does not share the collected personal data with third parties. The recipients of the collected personal data are employees of BahnTrans and persons cooperating with it in the provision of services. The data subject has the right to access them and the right to correct them.

Contact form
The information provided in the forms is used to contact BahnTrans customers and subcontractors in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the concluded contracts and to answer questions.

 

Collection and processing of data
All collected information is stored and processed by BahnTrans with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law.

 

Data sharing
Each person using BahnTrans services has the option to choose whether and to what extent he wants to use its services and provide information about himself. Sending the form and sharing data is a voluntary decision of the user. In the event of a breach of law or when required by law, BahnTrans may disclose the collected personal data to judicial authorities.

The purpose of the BahnTrans is to ensure the most advanced protection of the collected personal data. BahnTrans reserves the right to introduce changes to the privacy and security policy, about which it will immediately inform on its website and via e-mails sent to users.
Each person using the BahnTrans website and services is bound by the current privacy policy. The website does not make available or sell to third parties personal or address data of customers.
